Just 5 minutes from Batroun, you will discover Vine—a beautiful stone house in the heart of the charming square. It not only provides well-curated wine options but, more importantly, offers delicious dishes cooked on live fire by Fyrd.
Fyrd presents a range of meat dishes cooked on wood-fired grills, adding a touch of culinary magic to your dining experience.
We tried:
- Cheese board & Charcuterie boards: You can build them by picking any cheese or ham to your liking.
- Eggplant hummus wrap (10$): A truly delightful taste.
- Coban salad (8$): A refreshing salad with thinly diced tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Baby black ribs (16$) with BBQ sauce: Super delicious.
- Steak & fries (20$) with entrecôte sauce: A must-try.
- Cheesecake (10$): Fresh and creamy.
For wine, we opted for the Sept wine red Cuvée de Alley. They have a great variety of local wines ranging from affordable to high-end.
