LA BURRATA 📍 HALAT
Located at Kalani resort, this newly opened restraurant serves authentic Italian food in a beautiful decorated space with sea views.
The place has a chic interior with a big attention to the details and the food menu is very impressive, offering wide range of authentic Italian dishes, with carefully selected freshest ingredients.
We tried:
- Prosciutto crude with burrata (38$) great starter with bright flavours - loved it, but this dish definitely falls on a pricey side
- Insalata with shrimps (24$) very colorful salad with great mix of freshest greens and flavorful shrimps
- Pizza prosciutto e funghi (23$) their pizzas are a must try, the dough is amazing and fermented for 48 hours and the ingredients are of great quality and generous 10/10 😍
- Pasta vongole (35$) loved it , the vongole and the sauce are luscious, but wish the portion of vongole was more sizeable, also I think pasta al dente could work better
- Pannacota (11$) the strawberry jam on top is one to remember!
From cocktails we had Negroni and peach Bellini (10$) they were good

Verdict: Definitely a must try place for some delicious Italian food. The items are very special and the ingredients are of highest quality, so this place falls on a pricey side. Would definitely go back again especially for the pizza 😍
