AUBERGE LE VALAIS 📍CHABROUH FARAYA
Located in Faraya, this mountain restaurant will charm as soon as you enter. First of all, you will forget that you are in Lebanon as the place has authentic Swiss atmosphere.
I was so happy to discover this place because I lived in Switzerland for 8 years and we used to eat Fondue after school in Swiss chalets like this, so this places reminded me of this good old days❤️
Their serve swiss 🇨🇭 food, so we tried:
-Onion soup (8$) very nice
-Fondue au fromage (30$) loved it so much, I ate the whole pot by myself because I couldn’t stop
*a charcuterie board and a sale also comes complementary with it
-Beef pirrade (60$) great for sharing if you are a big group, decent quality
Verdict: It’s definitely a place that should be on your list whenever you are visiting Faraya and want to have some great Swiss food.
When to go: lunch with friends or family/ romantic dinner
